Tax receipts for registrants for the 2022 practice permit renewal fees are available in the Registrant Portal. To download your tax receipt, click the "Payment Summary" tab in the Registrant Portal, then click the download button for the tax receipt you would like to view.
If you are looking for your receipt for the permit fee for initial registration, reinstatement, or transfer, the tax receipt was provided to you in the email containing your approval of registration. Please check there first. If you are unable to locate this receipt in your past emails, please contact registration@acdh.ca for further assistance.
