Continuing Competence Program Redevelopment
The College is engaging with registrants throughout 2025 regarding the redevelopment of the Continuing Competence Program.
Survey
Registrants were invited to complete a survey as a first step in the consultation process. Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey. More than 33% of registrants participated! This feedback is invaluable for many reasons. Not only will it help drive the discussions at the upcoming workshops, it will continue to help inform and guide the overall redesign.
The survey results gave us insight into what you want to see in the new program, and what factors are important to you to create the best learning environment. Accessibility, flexibility, and a significant passion to provide ongoing high-quality patient care are just some of the more notable themes that came from your feedback. The College remains committed to integrating registrant feedback into the CCP redesign.
Registrants are invited to view the full survey results report or watch a short video of result highlights by checking the links in their email or in the Registrant Portal.
Consultation Workshops
The College has completed it Continuing Competence consultation workshops series. Thank you to those registrants who attended the in-person workshops in Banff, Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, and Grande Prairie, and virtual workshops hosted on Zoom!
Next Steps
The College will be providing more information about an online, asynchronous option for additional participation soon.
If you have questions about the upcoming workshops or overall redesign process, email ccp@acdh.ca.
