Recruitment request for research participants for a national study on barriers to students with disabilities in health professional programs, including dental hygiene

The College has been asked by a research team operating out of the University of British Columbia to recruit participants for a national study investigating the barriers and facilitators to the inclusion of students with disabilities in health and human service professional programs.

Eligible participants are:

  • Current fieldwork educators who have supervised at least one student requiring accommodations within the last 5 years, and are;
  • From one of the following health and human service programs: Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
